Our stay was great, especially with the spacious room and comfy bed that made us feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and loved hanging out in the cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, the shower drained a bit slow but didn’t really dampen our overall experience. 👍

The facts without the fluff

The experience was marred by inadequate housekeeping and discomforting odors. The air conditioning worked well, but the room's cleanliness necessitated significant improvement. Frustratingly, the key cards malfunctioned, causing further inconvenience. While the location is convenient, the overall condition fell short of expectations, especially for the price paid.

The location was ideal for our family trip, close to

local attractions and restaurants. We found the room acceptable but noticed some cleanliness issues, especially around the furniture. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, which made up for the downsides somewhat.

Family with children should be cautious

The location was great, staff was helpful and friendly! Kids enjoyed the pool when it was open, but sadly, had to deal with its closure. Had a fridge and microwave in the room which was handy for snacks, something kids always need.

It wasn't affordable, definitely overpriced for the experience.

We had a wonderful stay for three nights! The kids loved the pool, and the on-site restaurant had delicious options for everyone. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet. it’s perfect for fueling up for the day. Just remember to put the cleaning tag out early!

having previously stayed in kelowna, this visit exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff and convenient location near great cafes and shopping. the pool area was a hit with the kids, and the rooms were clean and comfortable during our six-night stay. overall, it was a lovely family vacation.

Room cleanliness and friendly staff.

The Tower Suite provided a spacious layout with a bedroom, living room, and kitchenette, making it quite comfortable for our stay. The staff's exceptional service was a highlight, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The attached Denny's offered convenient dining options, with tasty home-made products available. However, the pool hours were limited, and the fitness amenities weren't accessible during our visit, which was disappointing.

I had a pleasant stay at Sandman in Kelowna. The location offered easy access to nearby restaurants, enhancing my experience. The room was spacious, but the couch wasn’t particularly comfortable, which could use an upgrade. Overall, a wonderful trip!

I loved walking to the Kelowna Farmers' Market just a quick stroll away and grabbing a fresh pastry from Lakeshore Bakery & Cafe, which made my mornings bright and delicious during my stay.
